Our TIMs are a durable high quality elastomer graphite composite pads, designed to be placed and removed as easily as a sticker. With high thermal conductivity, compressibility, and wide thermal operating range they are versatile and designed to fit many applications. Produced in sheets ranging in thickness from 100-500 um our TIMs are designed to help as devices miniaturize while processing power increases.
